Hai. Seriously no time to blog. But I want to =) heh. so yeah.

ATC was last week. 1 week ago. Sharks I better start blogging about it soon. Hai. So sad. I was searching through my last year's ATC posting. Couldn't find any. So whenever I rmb/feel like it, I'll blog down the little snippets I can still rmb about last year's ATC. heh.

This year's ATC was more fun then last years? I dunno. hahaha. Most sqdms felt that they enjoyed this year's ATC more. haaha. I guess it's because we know more ppl and we know the CIs better cos of NCOTC/SANA/Area stuff. =) Can rmb last year ATC, Ivy ma'am said we had to memorise all the CI's names. I was like o.O cos all the CIs were so ulu to me. heh.

This year Queenstown Sec from area 14 and Beatty Sec from area 13 joined us. Hmmm, we came on the 2nd day. 1st day our sqd had the NYPS DALT rehersal thingy. So couldn't go to ATC on the 1st day. Arrived at Pulau Ubin on the 2nd day. Our sqd (10 of us, LM couldn't make it) plus this ACS Br guy - Joseph.

When we reached Ubin Jetty, Yanru ma'am and wei na ma'am met us there. then we walked to this mini van that drove us to the campsite. in the van yrm told us our grouping. I was in Grp B. Jac was in grp A, huiqi in grp C, liulu in grp D, weiwen in grp E, siewfun in grp F, weili in grp G, xinyi in grp H, Zuojin in grp I, Cheryl in grp J. sheesh. can't rmb if they are correct. hah. memory failing me.

When we reached the campsite, we put down our stuff at the benches in the canteen. For activity cycle 1, my grp, grp A and C were doing orienteering. heh. grp B was sitting in the canteen. haha, could regonise only 1 guy in my grp. This guy called Jason. Also from my NCOTC group. found out our grp name was called 'Breakers' and our grp IC at that moment was shawn from Beatty sec. found out that Joseph was also in my grp.

Anyway grp B consisted of 10 people. 2 girls and 8 guys.
1 from NYGH (me =P), 1 from St Margs (Shukriah) , 3 from TCHS (Chang Keet, Yu-Shi, Ming Hong), 1 from ACS Br (Joseph), 2 from Queensway (Jason, Suffri), 1 from Queenstown (Wenyong) & 1 from Beatty (Shone). Our grp CIs were Brendan sir (SJI) and xiaojun ma'am (NYGH) =)

hmmm. did orienteering, kayaking (capsize drill) and AFT (uhh.. climb this pole and jump and grab this trapeeze-like thing, there was the double dangle duo too.. but didn't do). campfire. (jac was master of ceremony). hahah. during campfire, my grp did Line Dance. hahaa. was so afraid it was going to flop. cos. hai. yah.. taught the grp how to do the 'twist twist' one. =D hahaha. kop-ed it from class dance. =D. during our item (which was the last one) [heh! last year my grp was also the last grp to perform for campfire!!] haha. yeah.. so anyway, xjm and brendan sir joined us. hahaha. brendan sir very funny. did everything so fast. bet sqdms were laughing away. ahaha.

had war games. etc. next day was grand finale. sad lah. our grp always have casualties. so never full strength. except on rare occasions. heh. after clearing up (scrub groundsheets agn and as usual, dunno how to fold them back even though keep trying different mtds) was prize presentation. =) grp A got 3rd, grp E got 2nd was and BREAKERS aka GRP B got 1st!! hahaha. yippie. (ZJ just reminded me that my company got 1st agn. last time dunno sqdms were saying that everytime my companies/grp/class get 1st. haaha. coincidence laH!)

after that.. we were the last school to leave the campsite i think. (like last year also) haha. we help ma'ams carry rations. we thought we had to bring it back to NP room.. but actually we only had to carry them to the 2nd campsite. hahaha. hmmm, weiwen, huiqi and i got to bring back our company/group flags.. cos we were ICs. haha.

one thing funny about my grp was that no one/no CIs were ard to tell us who was to be grp IC for the day. we just took turns. hahaha. not really sabo lah. but we justed handed the flag to someone and that person just fall in in front. so i guess our grp ICs were rather mixed..

hmmm.. yanru ma'am renyu ma'am led us out of the place.. hmmm.. we caught up with ta hoong sir, brendan sir, julius sir.. they were walking in front.. hmmm.. after that.. took the boat back to mainland. got sea sick in the boat. the waters were rather choppy.. so yeah. then it started raining. we then took a bus back with ACS Br guys.. they dropped us at their bus stop.

we took a bus back to NY. oh yeah. the TO that accompanied us through the whole ATC was mr ngi*w. hmmm. yah. this year there was sharing session with TO. hahaha. good. cos can reunite with sqdms for a moment.
